Simulation Engineer (NVH)

What you will do

• Perform power unit and electric-drive NVH simulations using Abaqus and hirify.global Excite PU.
• Conduct modal analysis of power units or electric drive units with Abaqus.
• Conduct multi-body dynamics analysis of power units, including engines and transmissions, or electric drive units with hirify.global Excite PU.
• Write technical reports in English and deliver presentations in English and Chinese to customers.
• Coordinate with customers on project-related topics and support other skill teams.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics, or materials science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finite element simulation and multi-body dynamics analysis.
• Solid understanding of basic physical and numerical methods.
• Good knowledge of engines, electric motors, electric drive units, and their working principles.
• Good knowledge of NVH principles and good presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, committed, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results within time constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience using Abaqus, hirify.global Excite PU, ANSA, or KISSsoft.
• Experience with NVH testing.
• Multicultural experience.
