What you will do

• Drive design and user experience across consumer, provider, internal tools, and marketing surfaces including AI feature integration.
• Lead design projects from concept through launch, including prototyping and establishing design patterns.
• Facilitate user research to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to and improve design systems and processes to scale product and brand.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance growth speed and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in software product design at tech companies or digital product agencies.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with ability to abstract complex workflows.
• Comfort working with software engineers to build and ship software; technical background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to move quickly and resourcefully to deliver on goals.
• Must work onsite in New York.
