Location: Remote from Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US. For local hirify.globalns in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney, a hybrid work environment is expected (minimum once or twice per week in office).

Salary: $148,000 to $222,000 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to drive design strategy, product decisions, and roadmap priorities.
• Own end-to-end user journeys and all aspects of design execution from vision, ideation, prototyping, user testing, to final production.
• Develop and communicate a longer-term design vision for your problem space, ensuring alignment across the user experience.
• Challenge established thinking patterns and discover new problem-solving methods.
• Provide mentorship and design feedback to other design team members, upholding quality and craft.
• Contribute to design team culture and initiatives, and maintain/upgrade the design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience with a proven track record of successfully leading design functions.
• Mastery of UX research, strong visual & interaction design skills, prototyping, and UX best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building SaaS products and for SMBs or Consumers.
• Experience with systems thinking and working on platform teams.
• Must be available to work from Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US.
