What you will do

• Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs, including wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-powered tools.
• Conduct user research, develop insights through journey mapping and UX workflow analysis, and validate design decisions through testing.
• Drive design strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success) to conceptualize and refine features.
• Identify future opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the hirify.global design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance within the design team and influence cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, visual design, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in designing high-fidelity interfaces and building interactive prototypes in Figma and AI-powered tools.
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
• Exceptional sense of craftsmanship, strategic thinking, and collaboration/communication skills.
