What you will do

• Lead product design for the core AI-powered clinician's assistant across native and embedded experiences.
• Drive design quality, setting and upholding a high bar for visual craft, interaction design, prototyping, AI fluency, and design systems.
• Lead and scale a world-class product design team, inspiring them to do their best work.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, UXR, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical Success to shape strategy.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of product design experience operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience managing product designers and a track record of hiring and scaling high performance product design teams.
• Strong craft fluency across product thinking, interaction design, visual design, design systems, communication, & AI prototyping.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with near-term improvements and constraints.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinician workflows into clear narratives.
• This is a San Francisco based hybrid role with 3 days in office.

Nice to have

• Worked in clinical, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Implemented a design system within a legacy product.
• Experience vibe coding or experience shipping large scale AI products with human in the loop workflows.
• Shipped code to drive impact in production.
