Training & Development Officer

Location: Hybrid, primarily based at Brisbane South (Nathan) campus, Australia; work across other university locations may be required.

Salary: AUD 94,966.18–101,295.51 base salary plus 17% superannuation; full package range AUD 111,110.42–118,515.75.

What you will do

• Identify capability development needs across the web publishing community.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, resources, and support materials.
• Promote best practice in web publishing, accessibility, content governance, and digital content management.
• Create and maintain learning content across university learning systems, knowledge bases, and support channels.
• Support adoption of web platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate training outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to improve learning programs.

Requirements

• Degree with relevant subsequent experience in training, learning and development, digital communications, education, organisational capability development, or a related discipline; equivalent combinations of experience and education are also considered.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs, workshops, learning resources, or professional development initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms, content management systems, or similar technologies is desirable.
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights are required.
• Successful candidates must complete a National criminal history check.
