Workplace Education Manager (Superannuation)

Location: Adelaide, Australia; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Deliver general advice appointments to members and non-members in face-to-face and virtual settings.
• Design and deliver member education sessions through workplace seminars, webinars, and virtual channels.
• Promote Mercer Super tools and resources to improve member engagement.
• Identify when members may benefit from further financial advice and refer them to the appropriate advice channel.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify education needs, develop annual plans, and support new business account transitions.

Requirements

• RG146 compliance.
• Experience in a member-facing superannuation role, including providing general advice in one-on-one appointments.
• Technical knowledge of superannuation and retirement concepts.
• Effective presentation skills with experience delivering sessions in person and virtually.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, Zoom, and appointment booking systems.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
