Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do
- Define and lead the Future Fit Capability strategy, focusing on AI fluency, digital capability, and future-critical skills.
- Design and deliver personalised learning experiences using AI, automation, and modern learning technologies.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify emerging capability needs and develop scalable workforce solutions.
- Optimise the learning ecosystem by connecting platforms, skills frameworks, workforce data, and talent systems.
- Support the transformation into a skills-based organisation through embedded, business-aligned learning pathways.
Requirements
- Experience leading learning transformation, capability strategy, future-skills programmes, organisational development, or workforce capability initiatives in a large and complex organisation.
- Deep expertise in learning experience design, digital learning, learning technologies, and large-scale development experiences.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in learning, workforce upskilling, capability development, and employee experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including collaboration with senior leaders and translating strategy into action.
- Ability to work in the NSW office three days per week as part of the hybrid arrangement.
