Early Careers Talent Consultant (Talent Development)

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home.

What you will do

• Lead graduate, internship, cadet, and alternative entry programs across multiple concurrent cohorts from onboarding through completion.
• Manage inductions, orientation events, welcome communications, participant rotations, buddy programs, networking sessions, workshops, and speaker events.
• Support participants, people leaders, program sponsors, and People & Culture stakeholders, escalating issues when required.
• Maintain participant records, cohort schedules, governance documentation, dashboards, and program outcome tracking.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, universities, TAFEs, industry bodies, community organisations, and learning providers to strengthen early-career pathways.
• Manage program budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendors, contracts, and compliance requirements while recommending continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience delivering early-career or talent programs within a large and complex organisation.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition on attraction, employer branding, assessment, recruitment, and candidate engagement.
• Experience designing or facilitating development programs, workshops, and participant engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using workforce, talent, or recruitment data to evaluate programs and support workforce planning, capability development, or succession initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors, with a commitment to inclusive pathways and continuous improvement.
