Executive Sourcer - Hybrid (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with at least three days per week onsite in either St. Louis, MO or Bloomfield, CT. Candidates must reside within commuting distance; the role is not eligible for remote work.

Annual salary: $99,500–$165,900 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Build sourcing strategies and executive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals, and research.
• Develop relationships with senior industry leaders, professional associations, and external partners.
• Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform search strategy and talent decisions.
• Assess prospective candidates through outreach and in-depth conversations about experience, leadership, motivation, and role alignment.
• Prepare executive-ready slate presentations and talent briefings summarizing candidate backgrounds and assessment insights.
• Partner with executive recruiters and senior leaders while supporting scheduling, CRM updates, search materials, and other operations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of recent executive recruiting or sourcing experience in a retained search firm, agency, or corporate environment.
• Experience with executive talent research, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, pipeline development, and candidate assessment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Excel, and recruiting databases or CRM platforms.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot or comparable technology.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in St. Louis, MO or Bloomfield, CT and reside within commuting distance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Phenom or another recruiting CRM.
• Established networks in executive talent markets and diverse professional associations.
