What you will do

• Lead client servicing and expand relationships across products and solutions.
• Manage research projects from proposal preparation and approval through report and presentation delivery.
• Identify opportunities for incremental product and solution sales across client organizations.
• Drive client satisfaction, service quality, revenue, profitability, delivery speed, and productivity targets.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, manage project costs, and ensure compliant pricing and contracts.
• Lead and develop the client servicing team while ensuring adherence to business conduct and ethics policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market research, including consumer research.
• Experience managing a sizable research team with P&L responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with a detail-oriented, team-focused approach.
• Persistence and commitment to coaching and developing people.
• Willingness to work under high pressure.
