Senior Quality Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Define quality strategies for applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and user experiences.
• Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical designs to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and testability concerns.
• Create and maintain automated functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, and performance tests.
• Automate web testing with Playwright or comparable frameworks and validate REST APIs, authentication, authorization, workflows, and integrations.
• Verify application data and processing results across user interfaces, APIs, and relational databases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, support defect triage, and collaborate on fixes.
• Evaluate accessibility, security, performance, observability, operational readiness, and AI-enabled application behavior.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or a comparable test-automation framework.
• Experience testing REST APIs, system integrations, distributed workflows, and relational databases using SQL, including PostgreSQL.
• Experience with test planning, test-case design, defect management, regression testing, and software delivery workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, accountability, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, accessibility, performance, observability, or operational-readiness testing.
• Experience testing AI-enabled applications, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, or AI-generated outputs.
