Sr Engineer Integration & Yield Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support development, qualification, and integration of new semiconductor processes, modules, and features.
• Manage new product introduction from tapeout through successful prototyping.
• Troubleshoot inline measurement, electrical test, wafer yield, and line yield issues using process integration and device knowledge.
• Optimize process margins through Design of Experiments, monitor SPC and Cpk trends, and support production quality.
• Develop custom and derivative processes, test structures, design rules, defect source libraries, and tool defect fingerprints.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution, process partitioning studies, continuous improvement plans, and failure-mode mitigation documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore.
