Site Portfolio Intern

Location: Waterford, Ireland; full-time onsite. Start date: January 2027. Duration: 6–8 months.

What you will do

• Coordinate project activities and track progress against key milestones.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, project management tools, and documentation.
• Monitor project risks, actions, and changes, and track follow-up activities.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and governance meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, record actions, and support communication across project teams and business functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and day-to-day portfolio management activities.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree and returning to studies after the internship.
• Basic understanding of project management principles through academic studies or project work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information and present data clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and ability to work collaboratively.
