Marketing Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Test and review high-volume content for accuracy and quality.
• Support control execution and verify that content meets established standards.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality concerns during content reviews.
• Complete testing and review activities within short turnaround times.
• Organize assigned tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily marketing operations activities.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work effectively under short turnaround times and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Consistent ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Marketing experience.
• Experience with Figma.
