Marketing Operations Specialist (Retail)

What you will do

• Support retail marketing program implementation and store promotions.
• Proof retail marketing materials for accuracy before deployment.
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate direct shipments from printers to stores.
• Coordinate with mailrooms to distribute marketing materials.
• Supervise vendor billing, maintain marketing expenditure budgets and credit letters.
• Develop Zipline and TeamNet communications for monthly sale kits and provide support to team members and vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present a professional company image and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfort working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Auto Parts store experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Queries or similar software.
• College degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Advertising.
