Chief Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Support 100% uptime for the data center and customer infrastructure.
• Develop and review method-of-procedure and standard-operating-procedure documents.
• Coordinate space, power, and network preparation for customer applications.
• Provide technical support for customer integration and solution implementation.
• Oversee facility operations, including power and HVAC systems, daily issue resolution, reporting, and metrics.
• Prepare and present technical facility presentations while driving organizational processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Strong supervisory and managerial capabilities.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical systems, and general industry networking technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and proposal design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• Previous data center industry experience.
