Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security

Location: Remote, Western United States; PST time zone required. Candidates must be located in or able to relocate to the Western United States.

Annual base pay: $138,400–$207,600, plus possible commission, incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers, including scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Own the post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
• Develop implementation plans that accelerate reliable time-to-value and adoption.
• Identify deployment risks, blockers, expectation gaps, and skill gaps, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, Support, and Development on handoffs, technical issues, and knowledge sharing.
• Document repeatable processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks while collecting customer feedback for product and services planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
• Experience building or deploying AI systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
• Experience leading technical deployments across on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries, preferably with AI/ML or cybersecurity products.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to set expectations, drive timelines, and work proactively in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
