FDE - Tech (AI)

Location: United Kingdom; remote work is available with periodic travel. San Francisco Bay Area or New York City is preferred.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 base annually; approximately $300,000 total compensation with equity.

hirify.global is a fast-growing, well-funded early-stage AI startup building AI-native conversational voice and video products for the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Design and deploy production infrastructure across cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
• Work directly with enterprise pharmaceutical clients to scope, customize, and implement solutions.
• Own a significant part of product and deployment work from day one.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience building AI products or agents.
• Professional experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents, including side projects.
• Experience shipping software to production on any cloud platform.
• Excellent communication skills for a highly client-facing role.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience.
• Background in big tech or consulting.
