What you will do

• Manage workstreams supporting the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.
• Work with life sciences stakeholders to understand mission-critical challenges and user needs.
• Conduct open-source analysis to support cutting-edge AI tool development.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
• Design and test workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to internal strategy, thought leadership, and capability development.

Requirements

• Prior consulting experience delivering technical transformation projects.
• Experience working in life sciences or with life sciences clients.
• Experience working with data science, machine learning, or software engineering experts to scope, design, and deploy solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly and synthesise complex information.
• External client-facing experience and a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery, with a proactive approach to ambiguity and problem-solving.

Hiring process

• Talent Team screening interview: 40 minutes.
• Introduction interview: 60 minutes.
• Case study interview: 60 minutes, followed by an interview with the Business Unit Director: 30 minutes.
