Location: Hybrid in Manchester or London, United Kingdom, with two days per week from the office depending on location

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments for enterprise clients across EMEA.
• Define AI roadmaps and prioritised use-case portfolios based on business cases and ROI.
• Design and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Guide clients through AI transformation programmes from vision to implementation.
• Advise C-suite leaders, IT product owners, and marketing leaders on AI adoption and organisational change.
• Bring emerging-technology expertise to client engagements and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in AI, data, or technology consulting, preferably within a consulting firm or digital agency.
• Strong experience working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets.
• Ability to build business cases and communicate the ROI of AI initiatives.
• Understanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
