IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdańsk or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,050 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements.
• Define features and user stories for digital business banking products.
• Lead delivery in collaboration with Business, IT, Design, Product Owners, and external vendors.
• Support product and release planning, coordinate dependencies, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Support manual testing of business and maintenance features.
• Work in an agile team developing web and mobile banking solutions for the Nordic region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry.
• Experience translating business needs into IT requirements and defining features and user stories.
• Experience working with Product Owners on product and release roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital banking or web application architecture.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design and prototyping tools.
