Senior Digital Strategist (Dutch or Danish Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Copenhagen; 2–3 days per week in the office depending on location.

What you will do

• Shape strategic direction and concepts through user research, insight synthesis, and strategic frameworks.
• Lead digital strategies that help global brands grow, transform, and remain competitive.
• Design and facilitate workshops that create clarity and unlock client opportunities.
• Own the strategic narrative from challenge to solution, guiding clients, creatives, and developers.
• Define visions, digital experiences, and actionable roadmaps for websites, apps, features, and customer journeys.
• Collaborate across disciplines to embed strategy into delivered work.

Requirements

• Senior-level agency or consultancy experience.
• Experience owning client relationships and guiding multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, products, brand experience, and emerging technology.
• Strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working proficiency in English and either Dutch or Danish is required.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and pragmatic execution.
