Manager, Engineering (Manufacturing)

Location: Hanover, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite plant-based engineering leadership role.

Target base salary: $120,300–$165,400 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Engineering organization, including Project Engineers and Controls Technicians, while supporting team performance and development.
• Manage capital execution, strategic planning, budgeting, project delivery, and risk management across multiple projects.
• Partner with plant leadership and stakeholders to improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
• Develop and implement technology solutions with Corporate Engineering, Plant Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure engineering processes comply with Capital Management procedures and company policies.
• Build advanced technical expertise in manufacturing and equipment technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or reliability experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and assignments.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of plant operations.
• Experience with capital execution and project management.
• ASQ or CRE certification.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
