Account Manager (Fintech): Maintain and grow partnerships with key financial services accounts, providing analytical and consultative support to enhance the value of datasets. Location: New York City

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000; OTE: $165,000 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with clients in the financial services industry.
  • Lead renewal and upsell discussions to ensure healthy GRR and NRR performance.
  • Create reports, presentations, and webinars incorporating different methods of data analysis.
  • Review and analyze public financial statements to share valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Team Director of Investor Sales to strategically grow the vertical.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working at or supporting financial services institutions in a consultative or analytical role, predominantly at an alternative data company.
  • Desire to interface directly with key accounts via phone, screen-share, and in person.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, some experience working with data, and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communicator and passion for new technology and working knowledge of key Internet and TMT companies.
