Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

Location: New York, New York, United States; preference for working East Coast hours.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance data and analytics capabilities across Horizon Next.
• Lead client-specific data modeling and reporting for media campaign planning and optimization.
• Combine disparate data sources into models accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create automated data tests, collaborate with Data Engineering on warehouse integrations, and build scalable data products.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to surface trends and insights for business teams and clients.
• Educate internal teams and clients on data products, data access, reporting, and meaningful media campaign KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience in media, advertising, or a related industry.
• 2–3 years of professional SQL experience and 1–2 years of Python or a similar programming language.
• 1–2 years of experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable experience.
• Experience working effectively with business and engineering teams, with a focus on process automation and tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, Presto, Hive, Spark SQL, Tableau, Looker, Domo, or dbt.
