IT Systems & Services (ITSS) Intern

Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Hybrid setup with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

hirify.global operates an online marketplace for buying and selling specially curated objects, with more than 100,000 items auctioned each week.

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support and resolve day-to-day IT issues for employees.
• Coordinate with senior team members on complex technical problems.
• Document solutions and share troubleshooting knowledge with end users.
• Provision and configure laptops and manage hardware logistics and inventory.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, equipment returns, and account closures.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Curious, hands-on, detail-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and support others.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Knowledge of or previous experience using Apple laptops.
• Fluent English required. Dutch and additional languages are a plus.
• Currently enrolled at a Dutch university and able to remain enrolled throughout the internship.

• Knowledge of Dutch or additional languages.
