Location: Fully remote for developers in the London area, United Kingdom

hirify.global provides an AI coding assistant project where developers build and evaluate software using their own codebases.

What you will do

• Bring and develop a personally owned side project, tool, or open-source library.
• Build features, fix bugs, refactor code, and write documentation with an AI coding assistant.
• Compare two assistant responses at each step and explain which response is better.
• Work in your own development environment, using your own tools and schedule.

Requirements

• Must be based in the London area while working remotely.
• Personally and solely own a software project stored in a git repository.
• Be comfortable with the terminal and git-based workflows.
• Use macOS, Linux, or Windows with WSL2.
• Write clear, honest evaluations and work independently in a reliable manner.
• Do not use projects owned by an employer, client, university, company, or startup; projects under NDA, AI model training or evaluation projects, security exploit tooling, and projects processing other people's personal data are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining open-source projects with an approved license.
