TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI): Building and shipping features for an AI workspace platform and developing autonomous agents with an accent on secure integration into critical sectors. Focus on leading end-to-end deployment in private cloud and on-premises environments, solving complex client-specific problems.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the Middle East or open to relocating there. Anticipate 20-40% travel.

What you will do

• Build and ship features for hirify.global's AI workspace platform, North.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Experiment with high velocity and quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.

Requirements

• Experience with and enjoyment of working directly with customers.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Experience shipping Python in production environments.
• Built and deployed highly performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications.
• Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack, including fixing issues outside the main codebase.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments where priorities and objectives may shift.
