What you will do

• Maintain equipment readiness for lithography operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool support.
• Execute equipment maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts and drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Lead complex, strategic, and business-critical projects while solving advanced, novel, and non-recurring technical problems.
• Coach and mentor less experienced staff and lead cross-functional teams across sites.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements while safeguarding tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Technical university degree required, with local HR-approved exceptions.
• BS degree plus 8–10 years of experience, or MS degree plus 7 or more years, or PhD plus 5 or more years.
• Mastery and broad knowledge of a technical discipline, including knowledge outside the primary area of expertise.
• Ability to solve complex, novel, and non-recurring problems affecting multiple departments and businesses.
• Experience leading strategic projects, influencing others as a technical leader, and participating in cross-functional teams across sites.
• Ability to initiate complex supplier projects and provide guidance for external programs.
