What you will do
- Complete month-end accounting processes within deadlines.
- Maintain global property databases and process monthly costs for the property portfolio.
- Analyse prepayments and accruals against budgets.
- Identify potential errors and prepare monthly reports in line with accounting standards.
- Support departments with ad-hoc project analysis and reporting.
- Work with external consultants on system implementation and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a finance role involving balance sheet reconciliations.
- Team management experience.
- Fully qualified professional accounting qualification.
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using formulas.
- Strong organisation, determination, willingness to learn, and a hard-working approach.
