Associate Supply Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Forecast product demand by analyzing sales trends and historical demand data.
• Support new product launches by estimating inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to assess demand and inventory needs.
• Partner with buyers and product managers to resolve supply issues and prevent customer delays.
• Develop high-level product forecasts and communicate inventory planning strategies across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Supply Chain or Finance major is a plus.
• Detail-oriented approach and comfort working with numbers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
