Integration Specialist I

Location: United States; extensive travel to project sites required. Must be authorized to work in the US, hold a valid driver's license, and be prepared to pass an extensive background check for sites requiring a government badge.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, costs, schedules, staffing, resources, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, sales, and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.
• Review technical documents and respond to project inquiries.
• Monitor project costs, progress, billings, labor, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare progress, schedule, financial, productivity, and quality reports.
• Travel extensively to support construction project sites.

Requirements

• Associate degree in construction-related engineering or architecture, or equivalent related work experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive project management experience on construction projects.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and project financial management, including budgets, labor, costs, billings, forecasting, and reporting.
• 10-hour OSHA certification and a valid driver's license required.
• US work authorization required; extensive travel and background-check eligibility may be required.
