Facility Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Beihai, China; onsite

hirify.global operates in the mechanical manufacturing industry and requires facility and equipment engineering support for workshop operations.

What you will do

• Manage workshop equipment and facilities, including specifications, drawings, equipment records, checklists, instructions, and maintenance standards.
• Plan and implement preventive, corrective, overhaul, lubrication, and spare-parts maintenance activities.
• Manage company buildings, utilities, special equipment, safety, environmental protection, firefighting, power, gas, and water systems.
• Lead TPM and 5S implementation, maintenance KPI tracking, shutdown and cost analysis, and improvement or investment proposals.
• Analyze equipment failure modes and machine-related quality issues, then implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, local authorities, internal audits, maintenance systems, and related applications.

Requirements

• College degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• More than three years of relevant experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry and facility management.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and familiarity with PLC programming and electrical drive systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, control, automation, machinery, equipment structures, and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, TPM, and workshop 5S management.
• Good English reading, writing, and oral communication skills required.
