operates a Polyurethanes chemical manufacturing division with a focus on safe, reliable, and compliant plant operations.
What you will do
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical equipment and systems, including design, procurement, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Provide electrical management and technical support to maintain asset integrity, plant reliability, operational efficiency, and safety.
- Monitor maintenance and engineering repairs, preventive maintenance activities, operating procedures, and equipment documentation.
- Develop and update electrical standards, procedures, and work instructions in line with regulatory changes and industry practices.
- Review electrical designs and specifications for capital projects, support spare-parts strategy, and participate in root cause failure analysis.
- Coordinate with process, maintenance, TAR&MOC, purchasing, and plant teams, including support during major turnarounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Automation Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or facility.
- Knowledge of plant maintenance and electrical codes for the process industry.
- Required high-voltage and low-voltage work certificates, including high-voltage electrical work certification.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 technical specifications.
- Teamwork, communication, negotiation, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.

- Experience with Shanghai hazardous-chemical production personnel requirements.
