hirify.global supports an AI training project focused on financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and sector research.

What you will do

• Review and validate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, peer benchmarks, and sector-specific metrics.
• Evaluate company financial models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop investment theses through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Provide feedback to improve research quality and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a sell-side Research Associate or Research Analyst.
• Ownership of company financial models and published research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles and maintaining financial models.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and business drivers.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, or biotech.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, investment thesis development, and strong written and verbal communication.
