Customer Training Professional - Traveling Rep (Automotive Software)

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada; on-site dealership visits and travel required approximately 80% of the time, including travel to the United States for training when needed.

Salary: CAD 53,000–56,000 per year

What you will do

• Travel to dealership sites individually and with a team to support system installations and conversions.
• Meet with dealership management to understand business needs and configure appropriate solutions.
• Provide in-person and remote software training and customer support.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, or escalate customer issues.
• Prepare for installations, communicate with internal groups, submit reports, and provide weekly updates.
• Share knowledge with team members and participate in ongoing learning and development.

Requirements

• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time, including daily driving and occasional air travel.
• Ability to travel to the United States for training when required.
• College diploma or university degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and train customers on software products.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and computer-based work during customer visits.
