Base pay: $180,000–$243,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and improve agentic AI systems in Python for open-ended problem solving, planning, tool use, and structured output generation.
• Produce deterministic, reviewable artifacts that domain experts can inspect, correct, approve, and execute without a large language model in the runtime path.
• Design human-in-the-loop review experiences that provide domain experts with visibility and control before production release.
• Define evaluation methodologies using ground-truth datasets, final-output metrics, and agent-trajectory metrics to drive measurable system improvements.
• Trace entities and information across systems, establish access with owning teams, and take capabilities from experimentation through deployment, observability, and operational readiness.
• Evaluate and migrate between emerging agentic frameworks while partnering with product, domain, and engineering teams on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience building agentic AI applications in Python with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Agent SDKs, or equivalent.
• Experience adopting and migrating agentic frameworks, protocols, and tooling, including Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for large language model and agentic systems, including ground-truth datasets and output- and trajectory-level metrics.
• Experience with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, context management, structured and semi-structured data, entity relationships, SQL, and data retrieval tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cloud deployment with AWS, containerization, tracing, observability, and production service operations.
