Senior Decision Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Remote in California, supporting EST hours

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents for BFSI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into AI product roadmaps, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams as the primary liaison.
• Drive production deployments on AWS with attention to scalability, governance, and compliance.
• Define success metrics and oversee model performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Track advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or AI product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, Agentforce, and NotebookLM.
• Hands-on understanding of Python, machine learning frameworks, and AWS services including SageMaker, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production and familiarity with BFSI domains such as risk, lending, fraud, compliance, or customer analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI deployments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and BFSI regulatory requirements.
• AWS or AI-related certifications.
