Senior Associate, Production Planning

What you will do

• Plan components to support manufacturing schedules and maintain MMAS compliance.
• Maintain program schedules in the internal Oracle ERP system.
• Track raw materials and finished parts through assembly, shop areas, and final customer shipments.
• Identify scheduling risks, communicate impacts, and develop recovery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor procurement activities and coordinate with manufacturing engineering, quality, purchasing, subcontract administration, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-site teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle.

Nice to have

• Production scheduling or capacity planning experience, or demonstrated willingness to learn.
