Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Booneville, Mississippi, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Identify and implement enhancements and modifications to manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment and process reliability and address problem areas.
• Analyze engineering change notices and implement required part or process changes.
• Provide engineering support for the planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, and facilities.
• Support production, cost, quality, safety, compliance, and environmental objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited engineering, computer science, or materials science program, upcoming graduation in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing engineering standards and standard manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, critical thinking, collaborative automation, and robotic process automation.
• Ability to collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, and product teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work onsite in Booneville, Mississippi, five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-specific sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience with continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, engineering design, data analysis, or process documentation tools.
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, equipment reliability, or manufacturing process controls.
