Technical Implementation Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; travel to customer sites is required as needed, including onsite installations for complex deployments.

Salary: $100K–$130K annually, plus equity.

hirify.global develops an AI-driven computer vision and site intelligence platform that uses existing security cameras to identify workplace hazards and high-risk activity for industrial and operational environments.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical implementations from kickoff and site readiness through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Configure and deploy the edge AI platform, including camera integration, edge device setup, and connectivity validation.
• Partner with customer IT, network, and security teams on readiness checks, firewall and proxy configuration, and access requirements.
• Create technical documentation, manage implementation timelines, and communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
• Troubleshoot networking, camera system, and edge hardware issues, escalating to Engineering when needed.
• Improve implementation playbooks, capture customer feedback, and share deployment insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment engineering, network or systems administration, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and SSL.
• Hands-on experience with IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, RTSP streams, or the ability to learn camera systems quickly.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects and delivering them on schedule.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and coordinate onsite installations.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge computing, IoT, or AI/computer vision solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, workplace safety, or EH&S environments.
• CCNA, Network+, Security+, PMP, or similar certification.
