Salary: $114,000 – $134,000

What you will do
- Manage and optimize AI-powered knowledge for customer-facing chatbots and internal AI Copilots.
- Design personalized conversational flows and refine workflows within Intercom.
- Analyze performance data to identify friction points and increase resolution rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Education teams to align AI strategies with product roadmaps.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge resources, such as Guru cards and internal snippets.
- Handle a small volume of support tickets to maintain deep product expertise and understand customer challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and handling customer inquiries.
- Experience with AI-powered support tools and a strong interest in chatbot design and automation.
- Strong writing and organizational skills for crafting structured knowledge and documentation.
- Ability to interpret AI performance data and make insight-driven decisions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
