Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager (AI/Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Plan integrated, multi-channel campaigns with the VP of Revenue Marketing.
• Research CISOs, security leaders, and practitioners to improve targeting and messaging.
• Build, launch, optimize, and report on SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, display, email, and nurture campaigns.
• Support account-based marketing by developing account lists, tiers, and personalized signal-based outreach with sales.
• Own landing pages, forms, tracking, routing, A/B testing, and foundational SEO improvements.
• Use AI tools and workflows, administer the martech stack, and present campaign insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B digital or demand generation marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid SEM and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Practical daily use of AI tools in marketing work.
• Strong data analysis, communication, creative briefing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in San Francisco, CA or San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• ABM or ABX experience, including tools such as Clay, 6sense, or Common Room.
• Experience marketing to security buyers.
• SEO or CRO experience.
