Senior AI Security Risk Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
• Assess end-to-end architectures for security risks, control gaps, data lineage, classification, and operational concerns.
• Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and track remediation with stakeholders.
• Provide early security consultation, education, reusable guidance, and support across business, engineering, product, creative, and security teams.
• Coordinate reviews with Responsible AI & Governance, Information Security, IT, and Engineering organizations.
• Improve AI security requirements, reference patterns, tooling, portfolio reporting, and escalation practices as risks evolve.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including significant recent hands-on work with generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI application stacks and the ability to trace data and system interactions and identify security weaknesses.
• Understanding of identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, monitoring, security policies, and frameworks as applied to AI-enabled and agentic systems.
• Practical experience using AI tools, APIs, cloud services, code, or automation to explore systems and improve workflows.
• Ability to build trust and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security teams.
• Strong communication, judgment, independence, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM and agentic systems.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
• Experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, creator technology, or similarly innovative product environments.
• Relevant certifications such as GAIPS, CISSP, CRISC, AIGP, CCSK, or CCSP.
