Localization Project Manager

Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of translation projects from initiation through completion.
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structures based on project objectives.
• Identify potential issues, resolve gaps, and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Maintain high quality and professional standards across project resources.
• Mentor or train junior colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree in translation, languages, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English.
• At least 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CAT tools and understanding of machine translation.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative, collaborate with international teams, and adapt to a rapidly changing business.

Nice to have

• Good German language skills, particularly in reading and writing, at B1–B2 level.
