Localisation Project Manager

Location: Remote from Ireland

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end localisation lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and vendor management.
• Design and optimise localisation workflows in hirify.global and client project or content management tools.
• Apply AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency.
• Document best practices, identify root causes, and implement continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in localisation or translation project management, ideally in a managed services or agency environment.
• Understanding of localisation file formats, content types, CAT tools, and TMS platforms.
• Strong client management skills, including leading calls and handling difficult conversations.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, or Looker.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, Phrase, XTM, MemoQ, or another TMS platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS clients in an operational or customer-facing role.
• Fluency or working proficiency in a second language.
• Interest in language, technology, or global content strategy.
