What you will do

• Lead scientific activities within inflammation discovery project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary contributions.
• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret wet-lab experiments supporting biological questions, therapeutic hypotheses, and target discovery.
• Apply computational biology, AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and multimodal data integration to generate mechanistic insight.
• Develop scientific workflows, technologies, and decision criteria for target validation and program go/no-go decisions.
• Build expertise in small- and large-molecule drug discovery and contribute to therapeutic strategy.
• Communicate findings through scientific recommendations, publications, presentations, patents, and technical reports while coaching colleagues.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant postdoctoral experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 3 years of relevant scientific experience or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant scientific experience.
• Advanced understanding of inflammation, immunology, disease biology, and drug discovery.
• Experience independently designing and interpreting experimental studies for target discovery, validation, translational biology, or therapeutic hypothesis testing.
• Experience with computational biology, AI-enabled scientific tools, advanced data analytics, multimodal data integration, or predictive modeling.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary scientific activities, make independent decisions, solve complex problems, and communicate technical information effectively.
• Experience coaching colleagues and contributing to scientific publications, presentations, patents, regulatory documents, or technical reports.
