What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff of complex product supervision subject matter experts.
• Oversee trades involving alternative investments, structured products, non-traditional ETPs, offshore products, and cryptocurrency-related products.
• Manage escalations, service-level agreements, advisor relationships, and internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze regulatory and business changes, define risks, and develop implementation plans, procedures, and controls.
• Interpret federal and state regulations and identify gaps in policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead special projects and communicate project status, risks, and direction to senior management.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 24, or the stated equivalent combinations of Series 66 or Series 63 and 65, and Series 9 and 10 certifications.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance and regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investments, structured products, non-traditional ETPs, offshore products, and cryptocurrency-related products.
• Ability to analyze risk and develop policies, procedures, and controls for regulatory supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
