Compliance Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Review and interpret regulatory and compliance requirements to identify required business and system changes.
• Facilitate U.S. merchant onboarding and due diligence in line with applicable regulations and policies.
• Drive compliance activities across multiple initiatives and projects, following corporate methodologies, reporting standards, and escalation procedures.
• Translate regulatory requirements into effective business and technology solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Product teams to evaluate legal and regulatory requirements while supporting product objectives.
• Provide compliance guidance on technical solutions, business processes, and operational impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, business analysis, or risk management requirements in a corporate environment.
• Ability to connect complex business requirements with technical designs, system functionality, and downstream processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance, risk, onboarding, due diligence, or regulatory programs in financial services or payments.
• Experience with project management and software development methodologies alongside technical teams.
• Collaborative approach and experience building partnerships across diverse teams.
